Services Provided

Warrior Technical Services offers maintenance, repair, and renovation services, including AC maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, tile repairs, cleaning, fit-out, and carpentry. Our services are provided based on customer requirements and agreed-upon terms.

Booking & Payment

  • All service bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our official channels.
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before starting the service. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the nature of the service.
  • Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in service cancellation or additional charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24-hour notice.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or extreme weather conditions.

Liability & Warranty

  • We guarantee high-quality workmanship, however, service warranties vary depending on the nature of the work performed.
  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our service.
  • Customers must report any service-related issues within 7 days of completion to be eligible for corrections.
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or natural wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information and access to the service location at the agreed time.
  • Any changes in service requirements should be communicated in advance to avoid disruptions.
  • Customers must ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data will only be used for service provision, communication, and legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, referred to UAE courts for resolution.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
